The PIG On The Beach hotel in Studland are about to stock Melbury Vale still and sparkling wines after their Sommelier paid the M V winery a visit for a tasting afternoon. So if you out on the coast, call in to The Pig and have a glass of something chilled from your local Dorset Winery paired with their sumptuous dishes in their stunning restaurant!

The new Spring Season is almost upon us and Melbury Vale is once again getting ready to open its doors for it’s 10th year!
The cellar door sales and tastings reopen for all customers from 31st March, every Friday and Saturday from 10am -4pm.
Our public vineyard tours and tastings run at 10.30 a.m. most Saturday mornings from 1 April through to Sept, followed by the delicious Dorset Platter lunch, as popular as ever, topped off with a glass of your choice after the tasting! Pre-booking is essential at least 2 weeks in advance as we have limited places. Check availability and book through our website.
Glamping weekend packages start again from April 14th for couples, or …..new for 2023 the whole glamping area can be exclusively yours for the weekend for up to 6 people for a private party. Check out the Wine Tours and Glamping pages for more information!

Weekend tours and tastings will recommence after 18th May 2021, subject to government confirmation of Covid restrictions being lifted.

Sadly, due to Covid 19 regulations, we are now closed until late February 2021, when we hope to be able to reopen the winery and vineyard for tours and tastings as planned.
You can still order wine from our webshop for delivery or collection on a Friday or Saturday morning; and purchase gift vouchers which can be emailed to you, which are valid for 12 months. Please visit our shop on this website.
We will review the situation in mid February and if you do already have a tour booked for late Feb/ March 21, we will contact you in good time if we have to postpone your tour in light of the pandemic regulations.

We had a most enjoyable evening at The Lighthouse on 8 November where we supplied both Elegance and Exuberance for the Awards Dinner. Congratulations to Robin Barker and his team for organising the event and to Beale’s for their excellent catering.
