From the North/West/A303:

Take the exit from the A303 onto the A350 south to Shaftesbury and Blandford. At Shaftesbury, Ivy Cross Roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto the A350 to Blandford and Salisbury. At next (Tesco) roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A350 to Salisbury A30, Blandford. At (Royal Chase Hotel) roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A350 Blandford, Poole. After about a mile, turn left onto Foots Hill at the bottom of the hill, opposite the sign to Cann Mill. Melbury Vale Vineyard entrance is less than 100 yards on the right hand side.

From the East/Salisbury:

Travel west from Salisbury towards Shaftesbury on A30. On approaching Shaftesbury you will enter the Royal Chase Hotel roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto the A350 Blandford, Poole. Turn left onto Foots Hill at the bottom of the hill, opposite the sign to Cann Mill. Melbury Vale Vineyard entrance is less than 100 yards on the right hand side.

From the South/Blandford:

Travel north on the A350 towards Shaftesbury, as you travel down Cann Hill about 1.5 miles south of Shaftesbury. Turn right onto Foots Hill at the bottom of the hill, opposite the sign to Cann Mill. Melbury Vale Vineyard entrance is less than 100 yards on the right hand side.
