Grace

Decadence

  - Vivacious and fruity, off dry, rosé sparkling wine created from Seyval Blanc and Pinot Noir grapes to give a fruity nose with strawberry and elderflower tones, the life and soul of a decadent party! SOLD OUT!  

 

Virtue

 - Still rosé still wine, produced from a whole berry crush of Seyval Blanc and Triomphe D'Alsace grapes to give a burst of summer; a dry, light, fruity and refreshing pale coloured rosé.  

 

Signature 2013

 - Produced by our on site vintner at Melbury Vale, it is his personal favourite of our wines. Only a small yield of high quality Rondo grapes, giving a deep coloured, rich rosé wine; dry but with plenty of red fruit flavours. It is a niche wine, in small supply, so buy while you can!.  

 

Harmony

 - Still white wine, produced from Faber and Schoenburger to give a dry, well integrated wine with light fruit notes and refreshing acidity.  

 

Desire

 - Still white wine, produced from the Wurtzer variety to give a floral aroma, off-dry wine, with elderflower and cirus/stone fruits on the palate.  

 

Exuberance

 - Still red wine, produced from Rondo and Pinot Noir varieties to give a rich coloured, fruity yet dry wine with notes of spice and wood on the palate.  

 

Elegance 2013

 - Produced from Solaris grapes to yield a light dry white still wine with a well balanced crisp finish.
